Shop Local is a comprehensive 14 week program focused on boosting local business through awareness, partnerships, & consumer incentives.

“Why don’t we have some sort of shop local campaign?” From that simple question, “Shop Local Waurika” was born. The program goals are simply stated. They are:

  • Keep money/tax dollars local as much as possible
  • Support our local businesses & chamber members
  • Educate the public on benefits of shopping locally
  • Create a stronger sense of community and local pride

The program is planned specifically around these key purposes.
